Choose furniture for the training format
Presentations, laptop work and group activities need different layouts. Plan actual participant places and how frequently the room changes. For additional items, quantities matter more than general room capacity.
Define the training format and places
Define regular and occasional layouts. State total places across the rooms to furnish. Room-by-room allocation and special requirements can then be planned.
| Use | Furniture to check |
|---|---|
| Presentation | Sightlines and writing surface |
| Computer training | Work surface and power |
| Group work | Reconfigurable tables and accessible surfaces |
Match tables and work surfaces
Laptops and documents need room, as do legs and chairs beneath the table. Check dimensions, underframe and connections together. For shared tables, usable space per person matters more than length alone.
Test reconfiguration and storage
Folding and mobile table systems differ in handling and footprint. Have operation, linking and locking demonstrated. Check transport routes and storage with the offered model.
Select chairs for session duration
Try the chairs with the table. Stacking and transport aids may matter for changing sessions; compare storage too. Check comfort, cleaning and spares rather than stack height alone.
Separate accessories and technology
Sockets, table connectors and presentation stands may be included. This does not automatically include displays, projectors or learning software. Coordinate existing connections and cable routes with the furniture.
Compare complete prices
A place with a table, chair and power is not comparable with a chair-only price. Check quantities, model variants, accessories and delivery separately. Planning, assembly and removal of old furniture are included only if agreed. Without comparable equipment, a general per-training-place price is unreliable.
Check training furniture quotes
Use the same training requirements for each quote. Specify necessary accessories and unresolved room issues before approval.

Frequently asked questions
How many tables do I need?
It depends on seats per table and layout. State constraints or request a design based on participant numbers.
Are folding tables always better?
No. Consider change frequency, operation and storage. Other systems may suit fixed layouts.
Can I add chairs only?
Yes. State the quantity and use with existing tables.
Is computer equipment included?
Not automatically. Separate furniture and sockets from devices, networking and software.
Do I need a floor plan?
Not necessarily to start. Check the room and access later for a confirmed layout and quantities.
What is needed for the enquiry?
Scope, quantities or planned places, use, key functions, location and timing. Technical details can follow.
